How do I become a member of the Skin Club?

It's easy! Go to bmeskin.com , create an account or log in to your profile, and you're a member! Your loyalty account is instantly available in your B.me profile and ready to earn credits from your first subscription purchase.

How can I see how many credits I have?

Log in to your B.me account on our website. In the "your credits" section within the customer portal you can view your accumulated credits and choose your next reward.

If your balance shows zero, it's because you've redeemed a reward. Don't worry! These credits will be deducted from your balance, but they will still count towards taking you to the next level.

How can I earn credits?

For every €1 you spend on your subscriptions on bmeskin.com , you will receive 1 credit. In the "your credits" section in your personal account you will find additional ways to earn credits, as well as more information about the Skin Club and its benefits.

You can earn extra credits without an active subscription, but we recommend subscribing. This way you not only earn credits with every order, but you also take good care of your skin from the inside out.

How can I redeem my credits?

When you have collected enough credits, your next reward will be automatically released. In the "your credits" section in the customer portal, all available benefits and rewards will appear. Click on the reward you want to redeem and enjoy!

Please note that you can redeem a maximum of €25 discount per order.

I made a purchase from a partner, can I add the credits to my profile?

Yes, that is possible! Send a photo of your receipt along with your account details to hi@bmeskin.com and we will manually add the credits to your profile.

How long will my credits remain in my profile?

Credits are valid for 12 months on a rolling basis from the date you earn them. Each time you collect new credits, they will remain valid for 12 months from the date they were awarded.

Don't worry, you'll keep your status as long as you stay active and earn credits regularly. So make sure you use your credits within the validity period to get the most out of your rewards.

I don't see the credits from my last purchase in my history. What should I do?

Don't worry! The credits you earn with your purchases will not appear in your balance immediately, because they have to be processed first. The credits will be visible in your profile once your order has been delivered.

Please note that you must be logged into your account on bmeskin.com at the time of your subscription purchase in order to earn credits .

Every time you choose a reward, these credits will be deducted from your balance and a code will be generated. You can copy this from the "credits history" section and paste it into your order. However, we will continue to keep track of your credits so you can reach the next level.
