From what age can I use B.me?

B.me products are tailored to different ages and needs:

  • Clear Skin and Antioxidant : Recommended for ages 16 and up to support healthy skin and protect against free radicals.
  • Collagen : Recommended from the age of 25, when natural collagen production begins to decline.

We do not recommend using B.me products during pregnancy or breastfeeding. After this important phase, our formulas can help support your skin from within and restore its natural glow and hydration.

How do you take B.me?

For optimal absorption of all ingredients, we recommend taking your B.me shot after breakfast or lunch. Don't forget to shake the ampoule well before use. You can drink it straight from the shot or dilute it in water or juice, depending on your preference. For an extra refreshing experience, we recommend keeping B.me in the fridge.

How long should I use B.me?

B.me is designed to support your body from within as a complement to your regular skincare routine. Consistent use is essential to maximize benefits.

  • Collagen: We recommend using this supplement regularly for long-term support of skin elasticity and hydration.
  • Antioxidant: Use when your skin needs extra support, for example after a week in the sun, with increased exposure to free radicals or during stressful moments.
  • Clear Skin (acne): For optimal results we recommend a course of approximately 3 months.

By taking B.me consistently as part of your daily routine, you give your skin the best chance of a healthy and radiant appearance.

When will the results be visible?

Results vary from person to person. Some users notice an improvement in skin hydration and radiance within weeks, while others may take months to see visible changes.

What is the shelf life of B.me products?

The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the product, along with the batch number and production date. In general, our products have a shelf life of 2-3 years. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

How do I store opened shots?

Our shots are intended as single servings. We recommend consuming an opened shot in one sitting. If needed, you can refrigerate an opened shot for up to 24 hours.

Does B.me contain sugar?

Our B.me products do not contain any added sugars. We strive to keep our supplements as pure as possible and ideally work to work without sweeteners. However, taste is important to us, which is why we have added a very small amount of sucralose to our matcha, collagen and antioxidant formulas. Sucralose is a low-calorie sweetener that does not act like sugar and does not affect blood sugar levels. This way you can enjoy a pleasant taste without compromising the healthy effects of our products.

What happens if I forget to take B.me one day?

Just take it as soon as you remember and continue with your usual routine. We do not recommend taking two ampoules at the same time.

What happens if I stop taking B.me?

B.me has no adverse reactions. However, as with any dietary supplement, the levels of vitamins and nutrients in your body will gradually return to their original state when you stop taking it.

Many of our customers choose to incorporate B.me into their daily routine to maintain long-term results, while others take a temporary break and resume later.

Why do you use 28 shots instead of one bottle for the whole month?

By using individual ampoules we can better maintain the quality and effectiveness of our products. Each shot is optimally sealed to protect the product from oxygen and moisture, ensuring freshness until the moment of use.

Furthermore, thanks to the individual shots, no unnecessary additives are needed to maintain quality, keeping our product pure and natural. The precise dosage also makes it easier to use the product daily without waste.

We understand that using shots may seem less sustainable, but our ampoules are 100% recyclable. This combines high-quality products with a responsible approach.

Why aren't the ampoules made of glass?

We use 100% recyclable plastic ampoules made from 90% recycled material for their strength and durability, so the product reaches you in perfect condition. Plastic meets food safety standards and provides excellent protection against moisture and oxygen, preserving the freshness and quality of the product.

If we were to use dark glass, recycling would be more complicated and the risk of breakage during transportation would increase, leading to product waste.

How long does delivery take?

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible! Shipping within the Benelux usually takes 1-3 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (Benelux). We are excited about expanding to other countries soon, so stay tuned!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over €49. For subscriptions, shipping is always free, regardless of the order amount.

How can I check the status of my shipment?

Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at hi@bmeskin.com.

In addition, you can always find the status of your order in your account under the 'Purchases' tab.

I haven't received my order yet - what should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at hi@bmeskin.com and include the following information:

We will investigate the problem and ensure that your B.me products are delivered to you as soon as possible.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or change an order after it has been confirmed.

  • For a 4-week subscription you can make changes after the second delivery.
  • One-time purchases cannot be cancelled, but you can return the product. We charge €6.95 for returns.

How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

If you need an invoice, you can easily download it via your account. Go to 'My purchases' , and there you will find the invoice for your order.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return unopened products within the standard EU return period of 14 days, as we work with food products.

To request a return, please contact us at hi@bmeskin.com . We charge €6.95 for return shipping. After your request, you will receive a return label and clear return instructions from us.

How do I get my money back?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method. Please note that the return costs are for the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

How does returning work?

  1. Please send us an email with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return label by email.
  3. Download and print the label, stick it on the packaging and take it to a shipping point.

SKIN CLUB

I don't see the points from my last purchase in my points history. What should I do?

Don't worry! It may take a while for the points from your purchase to appear on your balance, as they are only added after the order has been delivered.

To collect points, it is important that you are logged into your profile on bmeskin.com at the time of your purchase.

If the issue persists after your order has been delivered, or you have not received any rewards, please contact us at hi@bmeskin.com . Please include your order confirmation and account information, and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I check how many points I have?

Log in to your B.me account on our website. In the “Skin Club” section you can view your collected points and choose your next reward.

If your balance is zero, it may be because you recently redeemed a reward. Don't worry! Those points will still count towards reaching your next level.

How can I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every €1 you spend, on both one-time purchases and subscriptions through bmeskin.com .

In addition, you can earn extra points by participating in exclusive activities, such as following us on social media or during your birthday. More information on how to collect points can be found on the "Skin Club" page in your account.

With an active subscription you automatically earn points with every order, while at the same time caring for your skin from within.

How can I redeem my points?

Once you have collected enough points, your rewards will be unlocked automatically. Visit the "Skin Club" page in your account to view available rewards. Click on the reward you want to redeem to receive a discount code.

  • For one-time purchases : Add the discount code during checkout.
  • For subscriptions : Use the discount code for your next order. Go to "My subscription" , click on "Manage" , and add the code under "Next purchase" .

Note: You can redeem a maximum of €25 discount per purchase.

I bought B.me products in a local store. Can I add the points to my profile?

No, the B.me Skin Club is currently only available for purchases via bmeskin.com . Products purchased in local stores are already cheaper than online. So the points are already indirectly included in the price.

How long are my points valid?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. It is a rolling system: points you earn remain available for 12 months, after which they expire if not used.

There is no annual reset; your balance is automatically updated based on the progression of points. Your membership level remains valid for one year from the date you achieved it.
